Apartments
We offer accommodation in nine self-catering apartments, which have been meticulously restored, retaining their rural character, while offering modern facilities and comfort in a warm family atmosphere.
They have been newly renovated but maintaining the characteristic and traditional elements, such as old wooden beams, terracotta tiles, old stone steps, to reflect the ancient traditional Tuscan style. Many of the apartments at Renai have their original furnishings, which have been skillfully restored.
Renai
Renai was the old farmer’s house, which was completely renovated and converted into three apartments, taking great care in restoring all the building’s original features and furnishings. The house has a wide front garden equipped with deckchairs, tables, chairs, barbecue and children play area.
At the back there is the laundry facilities with coin operated washer, basin and washing line. The family lives the nearby house, where you find the reception too. Renai House doesn’t have its own pool, but guests at Renai can make full use of the pool at Monte, which is only 700 meters away, and changing facilities in the communal bathroom with shower.
Monte
Monte is a newly bought property, which has a house and two rural outbuildings, which in 2000 was converted into six apartments.
The new complex has a wide garden, children play area, barbecue and laundry facilities. From here you have a stunning view on the Tuscan countryside and the villages of Gambassi Terme and San Gimignano. Here there is also the swimming pool (8×16) and paved sun patio bordered with olive trees.
