Description

Stalla is a 71.45 sq/m apartment located on the ground floor of Renai house with two bedrooms. Entry is directly into the living-dining area with dining table, small sofa and flat screen TV with satellite channels. This room is characterized by stunning brickwork arches and a light fixture created from an original rustic ox yoke of the farm. To the left of the living-dining room there is the kitchenette with hob, built-in oven and dishwasher, freestanding fridge-freezer and a small table. The large arch window of the living-dining area and the kitchen window look out over the gravel road which runs along the house separating it from the front communal garden.

To the right of the living-dining room is the bedroom with a king size double bed and a single bed. It has a door that leads out into the rear garden and to the laundry facilities area. Another door leads into the area opposite the farm shop. This spacious bedroom features the original wooden beans, which have been beautifully restored, as well as antique wooden furniture.

A small hallway off of the living room, under the brickwork arch, leads to the twin bedroom characterized by a brickwork arch above the beds and to the bathroom with shower, both with windows overlooking the rear of the property. The entire apartment is characterized by wonderful terracotta ceilings with exposed wooden beams.

• Upon request the twin room can be made into a double room and we can add one single bed in the triple room.
• Stalla has an outdoor space with table and chairs in the communal garden opposite the house, as well as a rear garden space, opposite the laundry area, to which access is also from the triple bedroom.
